Who Can Buy Property in the UAE?
The UAE offers a welcoming and investor-friendly environment, allowing both residents and non-residents of any nationality to purchase property in designated freehold areas.
To complete a property purchase, the following documents are required:
- For Individual Buyers:
A valid passport (copy)
A signed Buyer Agreement (Form B) between the purchaser and the real estate agency
- For Companies (Local Associations)
Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum and Articles of Association
Board Resolution authorizing the purchase
Power of Attorney (if applicable)
Signed Buyer Agreement (Form B)
