To complete a property purchase, the following documents are required:

  • A valid passport (copy)

  • A signed Buyer Agreement (Form B) between the purchaser and the real estate agency

If you do not register your off-plan and completed properties with the Land Department before transferring them to the new owner, there is a good chance of discrepancies.
  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

  • Board Resolution authorizing the purchase

  • Power of Attorney (if applicable)

  • Signed Buyer Agreement (Form B)

  • All of the above company documents

  • Documents must be attested by the UAE Embassy

  • The Memorandum and Articles of Association must be signed by authorized representatives
